Job Title: Site Secretaries
Hourly Rate: Ј9.50 p h

Duties:
WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED SITE SECRETARIES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS IN DIFFERENT AREAS WITH VARIOUS START DATES
This project is starting in January on a new housing development project starting in January with a duration of roughly 3 years
Organising and logging the receipt and distribution of all incoming mail, telephone, fax and emails to ensure they are brought to the attention of the appropriate individuals.
Documenting and maintaining processes for all administrative processes.
Performing the administrative induction of new team members.
Providing a comprehensive administrative service, including word processing,general admin and amending documents.
As necessary, organise meetings and conferences.
Collate information and documentation to ensure team members are briefed.
